Acting as the executive architects, in 2009 John Walton was the practise partner responsible for the delivery of the Pan Peninsula residential development in Canary Wharf for Ballymore Properties Limited, in a scheme comprised of 50 storey and 40 storey towers with over 800 high quality residential units, restaurants, bars, a cinema and health club.
As the lead designer for the conversion of Southampton’s Cunard building to South Western House, John’s carefully designed restoration and conversion project was awarded a citation by the ‘Best of British Homes 2000’ in the category of ‘Best Apartment Building’.
