Following the successful completion of the first phase of the Shoreline project and opening of the new check-in desks, MAG made the bold decision to rethink the design concept. There followed a period of development resulting in the striking new check-in desks design featuring free-standing, illuminated, arched monoliths.

Appointed by the principle contractor as the lead designer, imus assisted in the feature desk design development and undertook the design coordination and modification to the existing check-in operation to facilitate the new format.
