LPL Construction Services Ltd. appointed IMUS to act as their lead designer for the development and delivery of the FSR Master Plan works to the Stansted Airport Central Search Area. This airport critical element of work forms part of the CAA new security requirements implemented across all UK international airports. The installation of new search lanes and scanners set within a 'live' area working, to a rigid time frame, meant the need for significant coordination and a solid understanding of the airport operational constraints and standards.

The dynamic and robust RIBA Stage 4 design was developed and delivered on programme and construction works continue on site.
